| 采用新型多功能硫化助剂WL207替代传统硫化体系中的硫化剂和促进剂，研究其对天然橡胶（NR）/溶聚丁苯橡胶（SSBR）并用子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明：多官能团的结构特征赋予WL207兼具交联、促进、活化作用，与胎面胶常用的普通硫黄硫化体系相比，其硫化速度和硫化程度相当，具有抗硫化返原作用，与胶料的相容性好，不喷霜，易分散；硫化胶硬度低、耐磨性能好，可平衡抗湿滑性能与物理性能，实现NR/SSBR较好的相容及共硫化。 |

| A new multi-functional vulcanizing agent WL207 was used to replace the vulcanizing agent and accelerator in traditional vulcanization system，and its effect on the properties of tread compound of radial tire [natural rubber（NR）/solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber（SSBR） blend] was studied.The results showed that the structural characteristics of the multi-functional groups endow WL207 with the functions of crosslinking，promoting and activating.Compared with the common sulfur vulcanization system commonly used for tread compound，its vulcanizing rate and vulcanizing degree were equivalent，it had the effect of anti-reversion，good compatibility with rubber compound，no frost spraying and easy dispersion.Its vulcanized compound has low hardness and wear resistance，could balance the wet skid resistance and physical property，and achieved good compatibility and co-vulcanization of NR/SSBR. |
