针对全钢子午线轮胎变温变压硫化工艺展开研究。在不更改硫化工艺步序的前提下,缩短内压蒸汽循环时间,将过热水循环时间与不循环时间比例调整为1∶2,可以提升硫化效率,减少能耗,同时成品轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能提升。 |

The variable temperature and variable pressure vulcanization process of all-steel radial tire was studied.On the premise of not changing the vulcanization process sequence,shortening the internal pressure steam cycle time and adjusting the ratio of superheated water cycle time to non cycle time to 1∶2 could improve the vulcanization efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and improve the durability and high-speed performance of the finished tire. |
