| 介绍山东省2021年度橡胶软管和软管组合件产品质量监督抽查情况，抽查涉及山东省35家企业57批次钢丝编织与钢丝缠绕增强橡胶软管和软管组合件产品，抽查批次不合格率为8.8%，不合格项目为脉冲性能、软管组合件的泄漏和最小爆破压力，不合格产品生产工艺均为钢丝编织。抽查结果反映出部分企业存在生产管理不完善、通过低价产品争夺市场、严重偷工减料、产品质量控制不到位等问题。结合近5年山东省橡胶软管和软管组合件产品质量监督抽查结果，提出合理的发展建议。 |

| The quality supervision and random inspection of rubber hoses and hose assemblies in Shandong Province in 2021 were introduced.The random inspection involved 57 batches of steel wire braided and steel wire winding reinforced rubber hoses and hose assemblies from 35 enterprises in Shandong Province.The unqualified rate of the random inspection batch was 8.8%.The unqualified items were pulse performance，leakage of hose assemblies and minimum bursting pressure.The production process of unqualified products was steel wire braiding.The results of random inspection reflected that some enterprises had problems，such as imperfect production management，competing for the market through low-cost products，serious cheat on labour and materials，inadequate product quality control and so on.Combined with the results of the quality supervision and random inspection of rubber hose and hose assembly products in Shandong Province in recent 5 years，reasonable development suggestions were put forward. |
