针对3+9+15×0.225ST钢丝帘线生产过程中遇到的背丝问题,通过设计正交试验对生产工艺参数进行调整优化,得到优化工艺组合:+3层芯线单丝预变形器选用预变形器sleeve15、+9层残余扭转控制在(18±3)圈范围内、涂油棉线直径为1 mm;确定影响3+9+15×0.225ST钢丝帘线成品背丝的首要因素为涂油棉线直径,即棉线涂油量。实践证明,使用该优化工艺生产的钢丝帘线性能指标均达到客户标准要求,生产过程稳定。 |

For the dorsal filament problem of 3+9+15×0.225ST steel cord during production,the production process parameters were adjusted and optimized through orthogonal test,and an optimized process combination was obtained:sleeve15 predeformer was selected for+3 layers of core steel wire,the residual torsion of +9 layers was controlled within (18±3) turns,and the diameter of oiled cotton thread was 1 mm.It was determined that the primary factor affecting the dorsal filament of the finished 3+9+15×0.225ST steel cord was the diameter of oiled cotton thread,that is the oiling amount of cotton thread.The practice had proved that the performance indexes of steel cord produced by the optimized process met the requirements of customer standards,and the production process was stable. |
