从生产实际出发,研究影响7×7结构超高强度钢丝帘线破断力的因素。结果表明:7×7结构超高强度钢丝帘线破断力受多因素影响,其中一个重要的因素是单丝强度,当单丝强度大于3 500 MPa时帘线破断力捻制损失急剧增大;破断力捻制损失与帘线结构有关,相同强度单丝捻制单股结构和层状结构钢丝帘线时,破断力捻制损失较小;7×7结构超高强度钢丝帘线破断力捻制损失受面股的影响较大,受芯股的影响较小,破断力捻制损失主要产生在股线合成帘线阶段,并且与合绳的捻距和放线张力稳定性有关,随着捻距越大,钢丝帘线的破断力捻制损失基本呈线性减小,张力稳定,帘线破断力捻制损失较小。 |

Starting from the actual production,the factors affecting the breaking force of 7×7 structure ultra-high strength steel cord were studied.The results showed that the breaking force of 7×7 structure ultra-high strength steel cord was affected by many factors,one of which was the strength of monofilament.When the strength of monofilament exceeded 3 500 MPa,the breaking force twisting loss of the steel cord increased sharply.The breaking force twisting loss was related to the cord structure,when monofilament of the same strength twisted single strand structure and layered structure steel cord,the breaking force twisting loss was relatively small.The breaking force twisting loss of 7×7 structure ultra-high strength steel cord was more affected by the surface strand,less affected by the core strand.The breaking force twisting loss mainly occured in the cord twisting stage of strand wire,and was related to the twist pitch of the cord and setting out tension stability of the equipment during cord twisting.The larger the twist pitch was,the smaller the breaking force twisting loss of the steel cord was,and when the tension was stable,the breaking force twisting loss of the cord was small. |
