中文摘要:
      对航空轮胎导电性能测试方法进行研究,提出不需要装配轮辋和静负荷试验机的优化测试方法,即采用专用电阻测量仪器、导电液、接触电极和夹具等,将测电端子的接触电极置于离胎圈底部25 mm的轮胎胎圈外表面直接进行测试。优化测试方法的测试结果与常规测试方法基本相同,证明了优化测试方法的可行性。
英文摘要:
      The electrical conductivity test method of aircraft tire was studied,and an optimized test method without rim and static load testing machine was put forward,that is,the contact electrode of an electrical measuring terminal was placed at 25 mm away from the bottom of bead on the outer surface of tire bead for direct test by using special electric resistance measuring instrument,electric conductive fluid,contact electrode and fixture.The test results of the optimized test method were basically the same as those of the conventional test method,which could proved the feasibility of the optimized test method.
