| 研究抗撕裂树脂在耐寒橡胶履带中的应用。结果表明：与生产配方硫化胶相比，加入抗撕裂树脂的试验配方硫化胶的撕裂强度、耐屈挠龟裂性能明显提高，阿克隆磨耗量降低，耐热空气老化性能相差不大；采用试验配方的耐寒橡胶履带成品的抗裂口增长和抗崩花掉块性能提高，可有效地避免雪水渗入裂口侵蚀带体钢丝而导致带体断裂以及履带失效现象的发生，有利于延长橡胶履带的使用寿命。 |

| Application of anti-tear resin in cold-resistant rubber track was studied. The results showed that，compared with the production formula vulcanizate，the tear strength and flexural cracking resistance of test formula vulcanizate with anti-tear resin were improved，Akron abrasion loss was reduced and the hot air aging resistance was similar. The crack growth resistance and chipping resistance of the cold-resistant rubber
track products with the test formula were improved. The phenomenon of belt fracture and rubber track failure
caused by snow water penetrates into the crack and erodes the steel wire of the belt could be effectively
avoided，it was beneficial to extend the service life of rubber tracks. |
