| Tire production belongs to a typical hybrid manufacturing mode.Aiming at the complexity of dynamic regulation and intelligent linkage of its production line，an intelligent edge fusion acquisition system was developed.The system can package，assemble and integrate the process data of production line，establish the corresponding model for prediction and analysis，and carry out intelligent feedback control on the production line，so as to improve the production and manufacturing ability，rapid response ability and intelligent decision-making ability of the enterprise in response to the change of customer demand，and enhance the benefit and market competitiveness of enterprise. |
