      将机械式蒸汽再压缩技术(MVR)蒸发、中温氧化、树脂吸附等方法有机结合,开发了促进剂DPG生产废水的综合治理工艺。治理工艺及效果如下:将促进剂DPG生产废水通过MVR蒸发得到高总有机碳(TOC)硫代硫酸铵母液,再与氧气进行中温氧化;将氧化后的废水过滤后得到固体残渣,其硫黄质量分数大于95%,可直接回用;将氧化过滤后的废水通过大孔径树脂吸附后并入原水,再进入MVR蒸发系统得到工业盐及生产回用水。该综合治理工艺可实现促进剂DPG生产废水100%原料化再利用的目标。
英文摘要:
      Organically combine methods of mechanical vapor recompression(MVR) evaporation with medium temperature oxidation and resin adsorption,a comprehensive treatment process of accelerator DPG production wastewater was developed.The treatment process and effects were as follows:the accelerator DPG production wastewater was evaporated by MVR to obtain high total organic carbon(TOC) ammonium thiosulfate mother liquor,and then oxidized with oxygen at medium temperature.Filtering the oxidized wastewater to obtain solid residue,its sulfur mass fraction was greater than 95%,which could be directly reused.The oxidized and filtered wastewater was absorbed by large pore resin and incorporated into the raw water,and then entered the MVR evaporation system to obtain industrial salt and production reuse water.This comprehensive treatment process could realize of the goal of 100% material reuse of accelerator DPG production wastewater.
