      对高性能丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)旋转油封进行研发。结果表明:在ACM胶料中添加适量的石墨粉能够明显提高胶料的耐磨性能,且对耐油性能基本无影响,从而延长油封的使用寿命。本研发旋转油封胶料优化配方为ACM-ACL 100,炭黑N550 55,炭黑N220 15,石墨粉 10,硬脂酸 1,硬脂酸钾 0.8,硬脂酸钠 2.5,防老剂445 2,硫黄 0.4。油封采用两段硫化工艺,一段硫化在平板硫化机上进行,条件为170 ℃×10 min;二段硫化在烘箱中进行,条件为180 ℃×4 h。台架试验表明,本研发旋转油封使用寿命延长。
英文摘要:
      High performance polyacrylate rubber(ACM) rotary oil seal was researched and developed.The results showed that,adding appropriate amount of graphite powder to ACM compound could significantly improve the wear resistance of the compound,and had no effect on the oil resistance,so as to extend the service life of the oil seal.The optimized formula of rotary oil sealing compound was ACM-ACL 100,carbon black N550 55,carbon black N220 15,graphite powder 10,stearic acid 1,potassium stearate 0.8,sodium stearate 2.5,antioxidant 445 2,sulfur 0.4.The oil seal adopted two-stage vulcanization process,and the first stage vulcanization was carried out on the plate vulcanizing press at 170 ℃×10 min,the second stage vulcanization was carried out in an oven at 180 ℃×4 h.The bench test showed that the service life of the developed rotary oil seal was prolonged.
