      从轮胎结构出发,采用单变量分析方法,从时域、频域两个角度研究三角胶高度和硬度及带束层压延厚度对轮胎冲击特性的影响。结果表明:从时域角度来看,轮胎垂向力(Fz)未随三角胶高度的增大而增大,而是根据轮胎断面高度存在一个最优值,从频域角度来看,三角胶高度在一定范围内对轮胎固有频率的影响较小,Fz峰值随三角胶高度的增大而减小;从时域角度来看,轮胎Fz极差随三角胶硬度的增大波动较小,从频域角度来看,三角胶硬度对轮胎固有频率的影响较小,三角胶硬度为85度时Fz峰值最大;从时域角度来看,轮胎Fz的变化与带束层压延厚度无明显规律,从频域角度来看,带束层压延厚度在1.10或1.20 mm时轮胎Fz的峰值较小。
英文摘要:
      Based on the tire structure,the effects of apex height,apex hardness and belt calendering thickness on tire impact characteristics were studied by univariate analysis method from the perspectives of time domain and frequency domain.The results showed that,from the perspective of time domain,the tire vertical force(Fz) did not increase with the increase of apex height,but there was an optimal value according to the tire section height.From the perspective of frequency domain,the apex height had little effect on the tire natural frequency in a certain range,and the Fz peak decreased with the increase of apex height.From the perspective of time domain,the Fz range of tire fluctuated less with the increase of apex hardness.From the perspective of frequency domain,the apex hardness had little effect on the natural frequency of tire,and the Fz peak value was the largest when the apex hardness was 85 degrees.From the perspective of time domain,there was no obvious law between the change of tire Fz and belt calendering thickness.From the perspective of frequency domain,the peak value of tire Fz was small when the belt calendering thickness was 1.10 or 1.20 mm.
