采取调整三角胶胶片、胎侧胶片的方法对12R22.5全钢无内胎子午线轮胎成型工艺进行改进。通过增大三角胶上胶片宽度、减小胎侧上胶片宽度,同时设定合理的端点纹差,胎坯胎侧气泡减少,成型工序效率提高,成品轮胎返修率大幅度降低;成品轮胎的静负荷性能、耐久性能和高速性能变化不大,外观改善,生产成本降低。 |

The building process of 12R22.5 all-steel tubeless radial tire was improved by adjusting the triangle film and the sidewall film.By increasing the width of the film on the apex and reducing the width of the film on the sidewall,and setting a reasonable differential value,the air bubbles on the sidewall of green tire were reduced,the efficiency of building process was improved,and the repair rate of finished tire was greatly reduced.The static load performance,durability and high speed performance of finished tire had little change,and the appearance was improved,the production cost was reduced. |
