| 分析半钢子午线轮胎二次法成型机转换为一次法成型机生产的常见问题，并提出相应解决措施。通过采取调整胎侧、内衬层和胎面尺寸及成型鼓鼓宽等措施，有效减少了胎侧缺胶、胎肩缺胶、胎里露线、胎圈胶边和胎肩胶边等外观质量问题，提高了轮胎质量，降低了生产成本。 |

| The common problems and solutions in the production of steel-belted radial tire during conversion of two-stage building machine to one-stage building machine were analyzed，and the corresponding solutions were put forward.By adjusting the dimensions of sidewall，inner liner and tread，and the building drum width，the appearance quality problems such as rubber lack on sidewall，rubber lack on shoulder，cord exposing inside tire，rubber edge on bead and rubber edge on shoulder were effectively reduced，which could improve the tire quality，and reduce the production cost. |
