研究新型生物基聚酰胺56(PA56)纤维及浸胶帘布性能。结果表明:PA65纤维性能与锦纶66(N66)纤维相当;PA65浸胶帘布的常温和高温物理性能、耐热性能、动态疲劳性能及粘合性能与N66浸胶帘布差异不大。PA56帘线可用作轮胎冠带层骨架材料。 |

The properties of new bio-based polyamide 56(PA56) fiber and dipped cord were studied.The results showed that the properties of PA65 fiber were equivalent to that of nylon 66(N66) fiber.The physical properties at room temperature and high temperature,heat resistance,dynamic fatigue properties and adhesive properties to compound of PA65 dipped cord were not much different from those of N66 dipped cord.PA65 cord could be used as skeleton material for tire cap ply. |
