介绍新开发的0.23+18×0.21CCST钢丝帘线的性能,并与0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST钢丝帘线进行对比。0.23+18×0.21CCST钢丝帘线由19根超高强度单丝组成,以相同捻向和捻距一次编捻而成,截面为正六边形;与0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST钢丝帘线相比,其线密度和H抽出力较大,弯曲刚度较小,弹性模量和冲击功较高,耐疲劳性能更好。0.23+18×0.21CCST钢丝帘线适用于无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,有利于提高轮胎的耐疲劳性能、延长使用寿命。 |

The properties of the newly developed 0.23+18×0.21CCST steel cord was introduced and compared with the 0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST steel cord.The 0.23+18×0.21CCST steel cord was composed of 19 super-high tenacity monofilaments,which were knitted and twisted at one time with the same twist direction and pitch,its cross-section was a regular hexagon.Compared with 0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST steel cord,it possessed bigger linear density and H pull-out force,smaller bending stiffness,higher elastic modulus and impact energy,better fatigue resistance.0.23+18×0.21CCST steel cord was suitable for the carcass of tubeless truck and bus radial tire,which was beneficial to improve the fatigue resistance of the tire and prolong the service life. |
