介绍非接触式激光钢丝圈内直径测量仪的构成、工作原理和测量过程。该测量仪包括圆形激光三角测量传感器、定位传感器的机械部件以及电控部分,激光发射器可360°发射激光,每次测量可得到径向360°的内部分几何特征轮廓线;通过采集特征点数据、配合软件算法可直接测量出轮胎钢丝圈内直径及其平均值、最大值、最小值、极差值和椭圆度等;电控部分可高效稳定地控制机械部件的动作时序及定位,并将检测结果通过人机交互界面传输给终端,实现了柔性、动态、非接触、高精度地检测,可在不破坏钢丝圈结构的情况下一次性精确测量钢丝圈内直径和椭圆度。 |

The structure,working principle and measuring process of the non-contact laser instrument for measuring inner diameter of bead ring were introduced.The instrument consisted of a circular laser triangulation sensor,the mechanical parts of the positioning sensor and the electronic control parts.The laser transmitter could emit 360° laser,and each measurement could get the radial 360 ° geometric characteristic contour line.By collecting the characteristic point data and cooperating with the software algorithm,the size,average,maximum,minimum,range and ellipse of the inner diameter of the bead ring could be directly measured.The electronic control parts could effectively and stably controll the action sequence and positioning of mechanical components,and transmit the detection results to the terminal through the human-computer interface,which realized flexible,dynamic,non-contact and high-precision detection,and could accurately measure the inner diameter and ovality of the bead ring once without damaging the structure of the bead ring. |
