      研究不同密度芳烃油的光稳定性及其对胶料性能的影响。结果表明:在氙灯老化条件下,密度较大的芳烃油变色更严重;氙灯老化后,芳烃油红外光谱中的C=O特征峰增强,气相色谱-质谱中脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、酰胺、腈类物质的峰明显增强,这些含氮、含氧的极性基团可能是造成芳烃油变色的原因之一;芳烃油的密度差异对硫化胶的生热产生明显影响;填充较大密度芳烃油的硫化胶60 ℃时的滞后损失较大,这与芳烃油中的芳碳率、多环芳烃含量、湾区质子含量和沥青含量较大有关。
英文摘要:
      Light stability of aromatic oils with different densities and its influence on the properties of rubber compound were studied.The results showed that,under the Xenon lamp aging condition,the color of aromatic oil with higher density changed seriously.After Xenon lamp aging,the C=O characteristic peak in the infrared spectrum of aromatic oil was strengthened,and the peaks of fatty acids,fatty acid esters,amides and fatty acid nitriles in the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry of aromatic oil were obviously strengthened.These polar groups containing nitrogen and oxygen might be one of the reasons for the discoloration of aromatic oil.The density difference of aromatic oil had a significant effect on the heat build-up of vulcanizates.The hysteresis loss of vulcanizates filled with higher density aromatic oil increased at 60 ℃,which was related to the higher content of aromatic carbon atom,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, proton in Bay area and asphalt.
