| 研究包覆硫黄等量替代不溶性硫黄HD OT20在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明：包覆硫黄的热稳定性以及在胶料中的分散性、抗喷霜效果与不溶性硫黄HD OT20相近；在胎体胶中采用包覆硫黄等量替代不溶性硫黄HD OT20，胶料的综合性能相当，且各项工艺性能良好，均未发生喷霜现象，满足现场生产工艺标准要求。 |

| The application of coated sulfur equivalent replacing insoluble sulfur HD OT20 in carcass of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that，the thermal stability of coated sulfur，the dispersibility and frost resistance of coated sulfur in the compound were similar to those of insoluble sulfur HD OT20.When coated sulfur was equivalent used to replace insoluble sulfur HD OT20 in carcass of truck and bus radial tire，the comprehensive properties of the compound were similar，and the process properties were good.And there was no frosting phenomenon，which met the requirements of field production process standards. |
