中文摘要:
      研究橡胶增粘剂ZD-95在半钢子午线轮胎三角胶中的应用。结果表明:在半钢子午线轮胎三角胶中使用1.5~3.5份橡胶增粘剂ZD-95替代2.5份C5/C9共聚树脂,胶料的自粘性均提高,自粘性保持率较高;用2.5份橡胶增粘剂ZD-95等量替代C5/C9共聚树脂,胶料的自粘性提高,门尼粘度降低,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率提高,工艺性能满足生产要求,成品轮胎的高速性能和高速耐久性能达到企业标准要求,且胶料成本降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of rubber tackifier ZD-95 in the bead filler of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that,using 1.5~3.5 phr rubber tackifier ZD-95 to replace 2.5 phr C5/C9 copolymer resin,the tackiness of compounds were improved and the tackiness retention rate were higher.When 2.5 phr C5/C9 copolymer resin was replaced by the same amount of rubber tackifier ZD-95,the tackiness of the compound increased,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizate increased,the processing properties met the production demands,the high-speed performance and high-speed durability of the finished tire met the requirements of the enterprise standards,and the cost of compound was reduced.
