分析半钢子午线轮胎胎圈护胶打褶的原因并提出相应的解决措施。半成品胎圈护胶形状不良、胎侧挤出尺寸异常、胎侧位置和厚度不合理、三角胶与胎体帘布间反包不实和胎圈处材料过渡不良等均会造成胎圈护胶打褶。通过合理选取工艺参数、加强工艺管理、严格执行技术标准、优化结构设计等措施,可有效避免胎圈护胶打褶,从而提高轮胎的使用性能。 |

The causes on bead chafer compound fold of steel-belted radial tire were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.The bad shape of semi-finished bead chafer compound,abnormal extrusion size,unreasonable position and thickness of bead side,unsolid reverse wrap of triangle bead fabric and excessively poor material at bead side would cause bead chafer compound fold.It could avoid bead chafer compound fold through reasonable selection of process parameters,strengthening of process management,strict implementation of technical standards,optimization of structure design and other measures,thereby improving the performance of tire. |
