      研究白炭黑理化性能的稳定性,为研制白炭黑标准样品提供参考。对白炭黑样品性能进行了近4年的跟踪测试,且测试时间间隔足够长。数据分析结果表明,白炭黑样品只需用厚塑料袋密封保存并隔绝空气,其理化性能可以长期保持稳定,完全符合质量检测用标准物质的稳定性要求。建议全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会炭黑分技术委员会尽快启动白炭黑标准样品的研制工作,为白炭黑质量控制增加一个更直接、更有效的控制方法,促进白炭黑行业检验水平的提高。
英文摘要:
      The stability of physical and chemical properties of silica was studied to provide reference for the preparation of silica standard sample. The properties of silica samples had been tested and tracked for nearly 4 years,and the test interval was set long enough. The results of test data analysis showed that,when silica samples were sealed in thick plastic bags and kept away from air,the physical and chemical properties of silica samples could be kept stable for a long time,which fully met the stability requirements of standard materials for quality inspection. It was suggested that the Carbon Black Sub Committee of National Rubber and Rubber Products Standardization Technical Committee should start the development of silica standard sample as soon as possible,so as to add a more direct and effective control method for silica quality control,and promote the improvement of inspection level of silica industry.
