      研究停放时间和薄通次数对4种混炼胶门尼粘度和门尼焦烧时间的影响。结果表明:延长停放时间,4种混炼胶的门尼粘度均增大,胎侧胶的门尼焦烧时间缩短趋势相对明显;在不同辊温条件下,增大薄通次数,混炼胶的门尼粘度均呈减小趋势;胎侧胶、胎体胶和气密层胶的门尼焦烧时间均延长,胎面胶的门尼焦烧时间变化不大;在辊温为(45±5) ℃时,薄通次数对胎体胶门尼粘度和门尼焦烧时间的影响最明显。
英文摘要:
      The effects of parking time and thin-pass number on Mooney viscosity and Mooney scorch time of four kinds of mixed rubber were studied.The results showed that,with the prolongation of the parking time,the Mooney viscosity of four kinds of mixed rubber were increased,and the Mooney scorch time of the sidewall compound was decreased obviously.At different roll temperatures,the Mooney viscosity of the mixed rubber was decreased with the increase of thin-pass number,the Mooney scorch time of sidewall compound,carcass and inner liner compound were increased,while the Mooney scorch time of tread compound changed little.When the roll temperature was (45±5)℃,the Mooney viscosity and Mooney scorch time of carcass were significantly affected by thin-pass number.
