      用聚多烯酸树脂粘合剂改性的增粘型裂解炭黑替代传统改性剂硬脂酸改性的普通裂解炭黑,研究其对全钢载重子午线轮胎的过渡层胶料和粘合胶性能的影响。结果表明:与普通裂解炭黑胶料相比,增粘型裂解炭黑胶料的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率总体上提高,撕裂强度以及橡胶与钢丝帘线的粘合性能明显提高,生热降低,胶料的自粘性与成型工艺性能改善。分析了增粘型裂解炭黑的增粘机理。
英文摘要:
      The effect of tackifying pyrolysis carbon black which was modified by polyenoic acid resin instead of normal pyrolysis carbon black which was modified by stearic acid on the transitional compound and adhesive compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,compared with normal pyrolysis carbon black compound,the modulus at 300% elongation,tensile strength and elongation at break of the tackifying pyrolysis carbon black compound were improved on the whole,the tear strength and adhesive force between rubber and steel cord were improved obviously,the heat build-up was reduced,the rubber tackiness and molding processability were improved.The tackification mechanism of tackifying pyrolysis carbon black was analyzed.
