      优化平移式双模硫化机的开模模式。将平移式双模硫化机自动开模模式或手动开模模式优化为半自动半手动开模模式,并设置合理的开模暂停高度,可以有效地避免拉伤中心机构、损伤轮胎外观、轮胎过硫的风险。该优化方案在一定程度上减小了操作人员的工作量,缩短了轮胎生产周期,提高了生产效率。
英文摘要:
      The mold opening mode of the translational dual-mold curing press was optimized.The automatic mold opening mode or manual mold opening mode of the translation dual-mold curing press was optimized to semi-automatic and semi-manual mold opening mode,and a reasonable mold opening suspension height was set,which could effectively avoid the risk of pulling central mechanism,damaging tire appearance and tire over cure.To a certain extent,the optimization scheme reduced the workload of operators,shortened the tire production cycle and improved the production efficiency.
