| 分析丁苯橡胶生产装置汽提系统胶粒水管线的腐蚀原因，并提出解决措施。从偶联剂、汽提剂、工艺温度、氧气浓度、应力等方面分析不锈钢管线的腐蚀问题，通过对管线材质替换升级、优化聚合工段生产和汽提系统开停工控制措施等解决管线腐蚀问题，减少检修和开停工的次数，减少生产安全隐患，可延长生产线运行时间，保证装置平稳运行，提高经济效益。 |

| The corrosion causes of the rubber particle water pipeline in the stripping system of SBR production plant were analyzed，and the solutions were put forward.The corrosion problems of stainless steel pipeline were analyzed from coupling agent，stripping agent，process temperature，oxygen concentration， stress and other aspects.The corrosion problems of pipeline were solved by replacing and upgrading the pipeline material，optimizing the control measures for production of polymerization section and startup and shutdown of stripping system，the number of maintenance and startup and shutdown，and the production safety risks were reduced.These solutions could prolong the operation time of production line，and ensure the device level stable operation and improve economic benefits. |
