研究4种环保型增塑剂TOTM(偏苯三酸三辛酯),BXA-N{己二酸二[2-(2-丁氧基乙氧基)乙酯]},A-8000(己二酸聚酯)和TP-759(聚醚和聚酯的混合物)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混胶性能的影响。结果表明:增塑剂的相对分子质量和分子结构是影响NBR/PVC共混胶性能的主要因素;添加增塑剂TOTM和A-8000的硫化胶物理性能较好;添加增塑剂BXA-N和TP-759的硫化胶更耐IRM903#油和燃油C的渗入,在燃油C中浸泡后物理性能变化更小;添加增塑剂A-8000的硫化胶的耐压缩永久变形性能和耐热空气老化性能较好。在4种环保型增塑剂中,增塑剂A-8000更适用于NBR/PVC共混胶。 |

The effects of four environment-friendly plasticizers,TOTM(trioctyl metabenzoate),BXA-N{adipate di-[2-(2-butoxyethoxy)ethyl]},A-8000(adipate polyester) and TP-759(mixture of polyether and polyester) on the properties of NBR/PVC blends were studied.The results showed that the relative molecular weight and molecular structure of plasticizers were the main factors affecting the properties of NBR/PVC blends.By adding plasticizer TOTM or A-8000,the physical properties of vulcanizates with were improved,the vulcanizate had good resistance to IRM903# oil and fuel C,and the change of physical properties was smaller after soaking in fuel C.The compression set of vulcanizates with plasticizer A-8000 was lower and the heat aging resistance were better.Plasticizer A-8000 was more suitable for NBR/PVC blends than other three environment-friendly plasticizers. |
