| 研究空气阻止剂NM360在半钢子午线轮胎过渡层胶中的应用。结果表明：在半钢子午线轮胎过渡层胶中使用20份空气阻止剂NM360替代10份炭黑N326，胶料的加工性能相当；硫化胶的100%定伸应力和回弹值（100 ℃）提高，60 ℃时损耗因子减小，生热降低；成品轮胎耐久性能符合相应国家标准要求，且生产成本降低。 |

| The application of air stopping agent NM360 in transition layer compound of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that，20 phr air stopping agent NM360 was used to replace 10 phr carbon black N326 in transition layer compound of steel-belted radial tire，the processability of the compound was the same，the 100% modulus and the resilience（100 ℃） of vulcanizate were increased，the loss factor at 60 ℃ was reduced，and the heat generation was reduced.The durability of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding national standards. |
