研究3+9×0.175NT钢丝帘线在轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,采用1层压延密度为83根·dm-1的3+9×0.175NT钢丝帘布替代3层压延密度为110根·dm-1的1670dtex/2-28EPI聚酯帘布用于6.50R16 10PR轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体,压延工艺良好,成型和硫化过程正常。成品轮胎质量减小,成本降低,充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合国家标准或企业标准要求。 |

The application of 3+9×0.175NT steel cord in the carcass of light truck radial tire was studied.The results showed that,using one layer of 3+9×0.175NT steel cord with the calendering density of 83 pieces per decimetre to replace three layers of 1670dtex/2-28EPI polyester cord with the calendering density of 110 pieces per decimetre in the carcass of 6.50R16 10PR light truck radial tire,the calendering process was good,the forming and curing process were normal.The weight and cost of finished tire were reduced,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of national standards or enterprise standards. |
