      对使用半自动定氮仪测定天然橡胶氮含量的方法进行优化,试验方法1为0.5 g胶料+3.25 g混合催化剂+70 mL氢氧化钠溶液+50 mL硼酸吸收;试验方法2为0.1~0.2 g胶料+0.65 g混合催化剂+20 mL氢氧化钠溶液+20 mL硼酸吸收。结果表明,试验方法1和2测得的胶料氮含量基本一致,均可行;但与试验方法1相比,试验方法2具有用时短、效率高、成本低和安全可靠的优点。
英文摘要:
      The determination method of nitrogen content of NR by semi-automatic azotometer was optimized.Test method 1 was 0.5 g rubber compound + 3.25 g mixed catalyst + 70 mL sodium hydroxide solution + 50 mL boric acid absorption.Test method 2 was 0.1~0.2 g rubber compound + 0.65 g mixed catalyst + 20 mL sodium hydroxide solution + 20 mL boric acid absorption.The results showed that the nitrogen contents measured by test method 1 and 2 were comparatively consistent,and the two motheds were both feasible,but compared with test method 1,test method 2 had the advantages of short time,high efficiency,low cost,safety and reliability.
