制备丁苯橡胶(SBR)/沉淀法白炭黑/炭黑复合材料,研究其在RP5高铁橡胶垫板中的应用。结果表明,当沉淀法白炭黑用量为20份时,硫化胶有较高的拉伸强度、良好的电绝缘性能和耐热老化性能。用其制备的RP5高铁橡胶垫板具有良好的刚度性能,满足铁路行业标准要求。 |

SBR/precipitated silica/carbon black composites were prepared.The application of SBR/precipitated silica/carbon black composites in RP5 high-speed train rubber cushion plate was investigated.The results showed that,SBR vulcanizate had higher tensile strength,good electrical insulation properties and heat aging resistance when the amount of precipitated silica was 20 phr.The RP5 high-speed train rubber cushion plate made of this composite had good stiffness performance,which met the requirements of railway industry standards. |
