      研究用溶剂法促进剂M与环己胺反应合成促进剂CBS的工艺,探讨成盐反应温度、氧化反应温度、反应终点控制对促进剂CBS收率和质量等的影响,优化工艺条件。结果表明:在原料配比固定、成盐反应温度为55 ℃、氧化反应温度为41 ℃、终点颜色控制为浅蓝色的条件下,采用溶剂法促进剂M生产的促进剂CBS纯度不低于98%,收率与用酸碱法促进剂M生产促进剂CBS相当。
英文摘要:
      The process of accelerator CBS synthesized by the reaction of solvent extraction accelerator M and cyclohexanone was studied.The effects of reaction temperature of salt formation,oxidation and end point control on the yield and quality of accelerator CBS were discussed,and the process conditions were optimized.The results showed that,under the conditions of fixed ratio of raw materials,55 ℃ of salt formation reaction temperature,41 ℃ of oxidation reaction temperature and light blue of end-point color,the purity of accelerator CBS produced by solvent extraction accelerator M was not less than 98%,and the yield was similar to that produced by acid-alkali based accelerator M.
