中文摘要:
      研究抗疲劳剂KP在矿山用全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用,并与抗疲劳剂G-108进行对比。结果表明:在矿山用全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中用抗疲劳剂KP等量替代抗疲劳剂G-108,胶料的加工性能、耐磨性能、耐高温动态疲劳性能、耐热老化和动态臭氧老化性能以及抗撕裂性能明显提高,压缩永久变形和压缩生热降低,滚动阻力减小,抗湿滑性能改善;成品轮胎通过耐久性测试。
英文摘要:
      The application of anti-fatigue agent KP in tread compound of truck and bus radial tire for mine was studied and compared with anti-fatigue agent G-108.The results showed that,with the same amount of G-108 replaced by anti-fatigue agent KP in the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire for mine,the processability,wear resistance,high temperature dynamic fatigue resistance,thermal aging,dynamic ozone aging and tear resistance were improved significantly,the compression permanent deformation and compression heat build-up had been reduced,rolling resistance had been reduced,and the wet skid resistance had been improved,and the finished tire passed the durability test.
