| 研究环保型促进剂TBzTD替代促进剂TMTD在三元乙丙橡胶汽车密封条胶料中的应用。结果表明：与促进剂TMTD胶料相比，促进剂TBzTD胶料的焦烧时间长，加工安全性好，但硫化速度慢；硫化胶的物理性能基本相当，耐热氧老化性能优异，在高温硫化时不产生亚硝胺和亚硝基物质。促进剂TBzTD是秋兰姆类促进剂中促进剂TMTD的理想环保替代品。 |

| The application of environmentally friendly accelerator TBzTD to replace accelerator TMTD in the automotive EPDM seals was studied. The experimental testing results showed that，compared with the compound with accelerator TMTD，the scorch time of the compound with accelerator TBzTD was longer，its processing safety was better，but the curing rate was lower，the physical properties of the vulcanizates were similar，thermo-oxidative aging resistance was better，and the vulcanization process did not produce any nitrosamine or nitroso substance. Accelerator TBzTD was an ideal environmentally friendly alternative to accelerator TMTD in the thiuram accelerators. |
