采用硬脂酸对纳米碳酸钙进行湿法表面改性,探讨改性机理,研究107硅橡胶/改性纳米碳酸钙复合材料的性能。结果表明:硬脂酸对纳米碳酸钙表面改性的效果较好,硬脂酸主要通过化学吸附改性纳米碳酸钙;随着硬脂酸用量增大,纳米碳酸钙的活化度增大,在107硅橡胶中的分散性提高;107硅橡胶/改性纳米碳酸钙复合材料Payne效应减弱,拉
伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大。 |

In this study,nano-CaCO3 was modified by stearic acid via wet surface modification process,the modification mechanism was discussed,and the properties of 107 silicone rubber/modified nano-CaCO3 composites were investigated. The results showed that the modification process was mainly chemical adsorption of stearic acid onto the surface of nano-CaCO3 and the modification effect of stearic acid was good. It was found that with the increase of the amount of stearic acid,the activation degree of nano-CaCO3 increased,its dispersion in the silicone rubber was improved,Payne effect of the composites was reduced,and the tensile strength,tensile elongation at break and tear strength increased. |
