| The 2018 ranking of world top 75 tire manufacturers based on the tire related sales in the year of 2017 was analyzed. The ranking had little change compared with the previous annual ranking，the industry structure was stable，sales grew by a great margin，industry entered a rising channel，industry concentration decreased，profit indexes decreased，profit margin was not optimistic，mergers and acquisitions were active，and research and development expenses increased. China tire manufacturers showed outstanding performance with 38 companies on the ranking. Next year，the world tire industry looks to further increase. |
