      用差示扫描量热(DSC)熔点法评价国产与进口不溶性硫黄(IS)的热稳定性,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察IS及其在橡胶中的微观结构和分散状态,进行IS在轮胎带束层胶中的应用试验。结果表明:国产IS的热稳定性比进口IS差,灰分含量较高;IS在橡胶中的分散性与其微观结构相关,国产IS为块状紧密结构,进口IS为片状疏松多孔结构,在橡胶中的分散效果较好;国产IS带束层胶物理性能和粘合性能略优于进口IS带束层胶;采用国产IS带束层胶制备的轮胎高速性能和耐久性能均优于采用进口IS带束层胶制备的轮胎。
英文摘要:
      The thermal stability of domestic and imported insoluble sulfur(IS) was evaluated by using a melting point method with differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The microstructure and dispersion state of IS in rubber were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).Application of IS in tire belt compound was tested.The results showed that the thermal stability of domestic IS was worse than that of imported IS,and the content of ash was higher.The dispersion of IS in rubber was related to its microstructure.The domestic IS had compact massive structure,while the imported IS possessed loose porous structure,which was more easily dispersed in rubber.The physical properties and adhesive properties of the belt compound with domestic IS were slightly better than those of the compound with imported IS.The high-speed performance and durability performance of the tires made with domestic IS belt compound were better than those of the tire with imported IS belt compound.
