研究碳纳米管在雪地轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:添加碳纳米管的胶料拉伸强度提高,回弹值增大,阿克隆磨耗量减小,耐磨性能和抗湿滑性能提高;成品轮胎在雪面制动距离缩短1.68%,冰面制动距离缩短1.32%,有利于改善车辆的操控性能和行驶安全性。 |

The application of carbon nanotubes in the tread compound of snow tire was studied.The results showed that the tensile strength of the compound with carbon nanotubes was improved,the rebound value increased,Akron abrasion loss decreased,the wear resistance and wet skidding performance were improved,and the braking distances of the finished tire on the snow surface and ice surface were shortened by 1.68% and 1.32%,respectively.The control performance and driving safety of the vehicle were improved. |
