| 针对橡胶密封条的生产和性能要求，在现有炭黑生产装置基础上，通过对反应炉、油枪、微米粉碎机、磁选机、输送螺旋和包装机的改造及工艺调整，成功研制出橡胶密封条专用YF503炭黑。试验结果表明，YF503炭黑质量基本达到设计要求，其三元乙丙橡胶和丁腈橡胶胶料性能较好，YF503炭黑完全可以取代国外同类产品，专用于橡胶密封条生产。 |

| In this study，carbon black YF503 was developed for application in rubber seals by using existing carbon black production equipment.The equipment including reactor furnace，oil gun，micron mill，magnetic separator，screw conveyor and packaging machine，and the process were modified.The test results showed that the quality of carbon black YF503 met the design requirements，and the EPDM and nitrile rubber filled with YF503 possessed good properties.Carbon black YF503 could be used to replace similar foreign products in rubber sealing strips. |
