| 研究国产不溶性硫黄HD OT25替代进口不溶性硫黄HD OT20在全钢载重子午线轮胎过渡层胶中的应用。结果表明：国产不溶性硫黄HD OT25的热稳定性以及在胶料中的分散速度和分散性与进口不溶性硫黄HD OT20相当；使用国产不溶性硫黄HD OT25的过渡层胶性能与使用进口不溶性硫黄HD OT20的过渡层胶相当，不会出现喷霜现象，国产不溶性硫黄HD OT25可完全替代进口不溶性硫黄HD OT20，有效降低胶料成本。 |

| The application of domestic insoluble sulfur HD OT25 as a replacement of imported insoluble sulfur HD OT20 in the transition layer compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated. The results showed that，domestic insoluble sulfur HD OT25 possessed similar thermal stability，mixing speed and dispersion state in the compound as the imported insoluble sulfur HD OT20. Properties of the transition layer compound with domestic insoluble sulfur HD OT25 were equivalent to those of the compound with imported insoluble sulfur HD OT20，and the compound with domestic insoluble sulfur HD OT25 showed no blooming. It was concluded that domestic insoluble sulfur HD OT25 could replace the imported insoluble sulfur HD OT20，and the cost of compound was reduced effectively. |
