| 用透射电子显微镜（TEM）分析炭黑颗粒尺寸和形态特征。结果表明：采用本研究TEM炭黑形貌分析（软件分析）方法测试的炭黑初级粒子平均粒径与炭黑初级粒子粒径标称值相符，炭黑形态特征与实际相符，炭黑电镜比表面积变化趋势与统计吸附层厚度表面积相同。该方法数据准确、可靠，分析高效、便捷。 |

| Analysis of the size and morphological characteristics of carbon black particle by transmission electron microscope（TEM） was carried out. The results showed that，using the morphology analysis method of carbon black by TEM and the software developed in this study，the average diameter of carbon black primary particle was consistent with the standard values，the morphological characteristics of carbon black was consistent with the actual structure，and the trend of electron microscope surface area（EMSA） was same as the statistical thickness surface area（STSA）. This method provided accurate and reliable data，and analysis was efficient and convenient. |
