进行耐臭氧及耐乙醇汽油和耐甲醇汽油丁腈橡胶(NBR)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混胶配方优化设计。胶料的优化配方为:NBR/PVC DN508(NBR的ACN质量分数为0.40) 100,炭黑N550 35,喷雾炭黑 30,氧化锌 5,硬脂酸 1,莱茵蜡654 1,防老剂4010NA 1.5,防老剂NBC 1.5,增塑剂DOP 30,硫黄/促进剂(低硫高促) 5.9。优化配方胶料的物理性能、耐臭氧、耐汽油、耐乙醇汽油、耐甲醇汽油以及脆性温度达到日本本田公司NBR/PVC防尘密封材料标准要求。 |

The formulation of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)/polyvinyl chloride(PVC) blend for ozone resistance,ethanol gasoline resistance and methanol gasoline resistance was optimized. The optimized formulation was as follows:NBR/PVC DN508(ACN mass fraction of NBR was 0. 40) 100,carbon black N550 35,sprayed carbon black 30,zinc oxide 5,stearic acid 1,Antilux 654 1,antioxidant 4010NA 1. 5,antioxidant NBC 1. 5,plasticizer DOP 30,and sulfur/accelerator(small amount of sulfur/ large amount of accelerator) 5. 9. The physical properties,ozone resistance,ethanol gasoline resistance, methanol gasoline resistance and brittleness temperature of the optimized compound met the requirements of NBR/PVC dustproof sealing material standard of HONDA(Japan) Corporation. |
