介绍1815双模轮胎定型硫化机(蒸锅内径为1 815 mm)的设计。该硫化机为B型曲柄连杆式结构机型,由主机、装胎装置、后充气装置、润滑系统、管路系统及电气控制系统等组成,最大合模力为7 500 kN,胎坯最大直径为1 460mm,胎坯胎圈直径为571.5~965.2 mm(22. 5~38英寸),模具张模力和锁模力为5.81 MN,采用8极电机。硫化机结构合理,生产效率高,使用情况良好。 |

This paper introduces the design of 1815 dual-mold tire vulcanizing machine with an inner diameter of 1 815 mm for the steamer. The vulcanizing machine has a type B crank connecting rod structure. It is composed of main unit,tire loading device,rear inflator,lubrication system,piping system and electrical control system. The maximum clamping force is 7 500 kN,maximum tire diameter is 1 460 mm,bead diameter is 571. 5~965. 2 mm(22. 5~38 inches),and die tension and clamping force are 5. 81 MN. 8-pole motor is used. This vulcanizing machine possesses good structure and the production efficiency is high. |
