| 以成品轮胎检测车间为例介绍轮胎智能制造中的自动化和信息化。在自动化成品轮胎检测车间建立信息化网络系统——生产过程执行系统（MES）对检测设备和物流输送系统进行管控，将轮胎检测过程和检测结果与轮胎规格和条码绑定，将轮胎规格和条码贯穿检测的信息传递和操作控制，自动生成检测结果和管理所需报表。轮胎检测设备和物流输送系统自动化的实现依赖于信息化网络的完善。 |

| This paper introduced the automation and informatization of intelligent tire manufacturing with the example of the finished tire testing workshop.Manufacturing execution system（MES） was established to control the testing equipment and logistics system，in order to combine the tire inspection process and test results with tire specification and bar code，which connected the whole testing information transmission and operational control process.MES allowed automatic generation of test results and management of required reports.The automation of tire inspection equipment and logistics system depended on the establishment of an information network. |
