在糠醛中加入助溶剂(醇类复合溶剂),对纯糠醛减三线浅度一次抽出油进行二次抽提(中试),研究二次抽提的优化条件。结果表明:二次抽提优化条件为助溶剂质量分数 0. 02,抽提温度 55 ℃,剂(糠醛和助溶剂)/油(一次抽出油)质量比 1. 6,停留时间 50 min;在优化条件下制备的二次抽出油芳碳率和收率较大,苯并[a]芘和8种多环芳烃含量较小。助溶剂/糠醛二次抽出油可用作环保型芳烃橡胶油。 |

In this paper,two-stage extraction method of pure furfural extraction oil was studied by adding alcohol-based co-solvent,and the extraction parameters were optimized. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:the mass fraction of the co-solvent was 0. 02,the extraction temperature was 55 ℃,the mass ratio of the extraction agent(furfural and co-solvent) and oil(primary oil from first stage extraction ) was 1. 6 and the residence time was 50 minutes. The contents of benzo[a]pyrene and 8 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in the product were relatively low,and the yield and aromatic content were quite high. The two stage extraction oil of furfural refining with co-solvent could be used as environmentally-friendly aromatic rubber oil. |
