介绍刺孔机在全钢子午线轮胎胎侧挤出工序中的应用。刺孔机的主要组成为胎侧输送装置、刺孔位置调节装置、连杆装置、刺针装置;刺孔过程为:胎侧输送→胎侧停止运行→气缸动作→刺针上下动作→胎侧输送。刺孔机具有作业精度和效率高等特点。刺孔机在胎侧挤出工序中对胎侧预刺孔,可以排除胎圈部位气体,有效减少成品轮胎胎圈气泡缺陷。 |

This paper introduces the application of piercing machine in sidewall extrusion process of all-steel radial tire. The main components of the piercing machine are sidewall conveying device,puncture position adjusting device,connecting rod and pricker device. The piercing process is as follows:sidewall transport in,sidewall in position,cylinder action,piercing,and sidewall transport out. The piercing machine possesses advantages such as high precision and high efficiency. The piercing of sidewall during extrusion process could remove the gas trapped in the bead and effectively reduce bead bubble defects in the finished tire. |
