介绍8.25-16 14PR工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 850 mm,断面宽 218 mm,行驶面宽度 215 mm,行驶面弧度高 12 mm,胎圈着合直径 406 mm,胎圈着合宽度 165 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.905 6,胎面采用水波花纹,花纹深度 14 mm,花纹周节数 24。施工设计:胎面采用套筒法成型,胎体采用6层高强度的1870dtex/2V1锦纶66帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶66帘布,胎圈采用双钢丝圈结构,采用2B成型机成型,硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能分别达到国家标准和设计要求。 |

The design of 8.25-16 14PR OTR tire was introduced in this paper. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 850 mm,width of cross section 218 mm,width of running surface 215 mm,arc height of running surface 12 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 406 mm,bead width at rim seat 165 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2)0.905 6,wave tread pattern,tread depth 14 mm,and number of pattern pitch 24. In the construction design,tread was formed using sleeve-molding method,6 layers of high strength 1870dtex/2V1 nylon 66 cord were used in carcass ply,2 layers of 930dtex/2V3 nylon 66 cord were applied in the breaker ply,and double wire structure was designed for bead.The tire was built on 2B molding machine and cured using an autoclave.The Inflated outer dimensions and physical properties of the finished tire reached the requirements of design and national standards. |
