| 介绍20.8－42 R-1W无内胎农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 945 mm，断面宽度 515 mm，行驶面宽度 465 mm，行驶面弧度高 22 mm，行驶面平弧宽度 110 mm，胎圈着合直径 1 066 mm，胎圈着合宽度 457 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.899，花纹深度 51 mm，花纹饱和度 22.2%，花纹周节数 24，花纹块排列角度 29°。施工设计：胎体采用2层1870dtex/2V1锦纶66帘布，缓冲层采用5层2200dtex/2V1聚酯帘布，成型采用Φ1 200 mm×975 mm半鼓式成型鼓，硫化采用B型硫化机。成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能等满足设计或国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 20.8－42 R-1W tubeless agriculture tire was presented in this paper.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 945 mm，cross-sectional width 515 mm，width of running surface 465 mm，arc height of running surface 22 mm，flat arc width of running surface 110 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 1 066 mm，bead width at rim seat 457 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0.899，tread pattern depth 51 mm，pattern block/total ratio 22.2%，pattern pitch number 24，and block arrangement angle of 29°.In the construction design，2 layers of 1870dtex/2V1 nylon 66 cord were used in the carcass ply and 5 layers of 2200dtex/2V1 polyester cord were used in the breaker ply.The tire was molded using Φ1 200 mm×975 mm half-drum building machine and cured using type B vulcanizing machine.The inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties of the finished tire reached the requirements of the design or national standards. |
