用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对不溶性硫黄(IS)的热稳定性进行分析。结果表明:在DSC测试中,IS的吸热峰温度随着升温速率加快而升高,在相同升温速率下,吸热峰温度高的IS热稳定性好;随着恒温温度升高和恒温时间延长,IS热稳定性变差;恒温时IS分解为普通硫黄的转化率与时间呈线性关系;IS胶料混炼时温度不宜过高。DSC分析IS的热稳定性直观、快速、准确。 |

In this study,the insoluble sulfur (IS) was analyzed using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).In the DSC test,IS endothermic peak shifted toward higher temperature with increase of the heating rate.At the same heating rate,higher IS endothermic peak temperature indicated higher thermal stability. When the thermostatic temperature and holding time were extended,the thermal stability deteriorated.The conversion rate of IS decomposition into regular sulfur showed a linear relationship with time at a high temperature.Thus,it was recommended not to use high temperature when mixing IS filled rubber.The testing results showed that DSC analysis of IS thermal stability was direct,fast and accurate. |
