| The study aimed to investigate the determination of nitrogen content in NR by Kjeltec 8400 automatic system.The optimal experimental conditions for sample preparation were as follows：1.0 g of NR sample，20 mL of concentrated sulfuric acid，10 g of catalyst，and treatment at 420 ℃ for 60 min.Compared with the manual method，full automatic system has the advantages of simple operation，short process，high accuracy and high precision. |
