通过ANSYS有限元软件建立矩形挡圈和弧形挡圈与O形圈组合的有限元分析模型,借助迭代计算法求出O形圈承受油液压力时的压力边界,分析对比这两种常见挡圈组合在不同油液压力和压缩率下的力学性能与密封特性。结果表明:在相同油液压力和压缩率下,弧形挡圈组合O形圈的最大等效应力小于矩形挡圈组合,最大接触压力略大于矩形挡圈组合;弧形挡圈组合的密封性能在高压(大于15 MPa)、低压缩率(小于20%)条件下有一定优势;减小挡圈弧形半径可以降低弧形挡圈组合的O形圈的最大等效应力和增大最大接触压力,但会增加O形圈破坏的风险,应综合考虑弧形半径的取值。 |

The finite element analysis model of the O-ring with the rectangular back-up ring and the arc back-up ring was established through the ANSYS software,and the pressure boundary of O-ring under the oil pressure was obtained by iteration calculation method. The mechanical properties and sealing characteristics of these two kinds combinations under different oil pressure and compression ratio were analyzed and compared.The results showed that under the same oil pressure and compression ratio,the maximum equivalent stress of O-ring of arc back-up ring combination was less than that of rectangular back-up ring combination,and the maximum contact pressure was slightly larger than that of rectangular back-up ring combination.The sealing performance of arc back-up ring combination had certain advantages under the conditions of high pressure(above 15 MPa) and low compression rate (less than 20%).Reducing the arc radius of the arc back-up ring could reduce the maximum equivalent stress and increase the maximum contact pressure of the O-ring,but the risk of the O-ring damage increased.So the value of arc radius of the arc back-up ring should be considered comprehensively. |
